Position OverviewLATITUDE Gallery is seeking highly motivated, organized, and passionate interns to join our team for the Fall–Winter 2025 term. Interns will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of gallery operations and programming, from supporting exhibitions and events to artist communications and research. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with our curatorial team and to contribute meaningfully to the daily life of a dynamic, international gallery.ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day gallery operations, including front desk coverage and visitor engagement.Support the preparation and installation of exhibitions, as well as special events and openings.Conduct research on artists, collectors, institutions, and markets to support curatorial and sales efforts.Help draft, edit, and distribute press materials, newsletters, and social media content.Assist with inventory management, archiving, and documentation of artworks.Provide general administrative support as needed.Internship DetailsCommitment: 2–3 days per weekDuration: September 1 – December 31, 2025Location: 5 Lispenard Street New York NY 10013About You:Strong interest in contemporary art and the gallery worldDetail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborativeExcellent communication and computer skillsReading/writing Chinese is a plus, but not requiredA “learn-all, do-all” attitude and eagerness to take initiativeInterns will be supervised and mentored by the LATITUDE team and will gain insight into the full spectrum of gallery practice.
